We are thrilled to have you join us today, welcome to ValiantCEO Magazine’s exclusive interview! Let’s start off with a little introduction. Tell our readers a bit about yourself and your company.

Railey Molinario: I empower individuals to create a better future by teaching them relationship intelligence. I became the world’s first Love Educator because I know first hand what it’s like to suffer from poor relationships with myself and others.

When I was an infant, my father abandoned me, leaving me to sleep in the snow. As a child, I experienced abuse and neglect from my mother and stepfather. Growing up, I didn’t feel loved and this left me in a critical self-sabotaging state. By the time I was 16, I left home to make it in the world on my own, but I quickly fell victim to my lack of emotional and relationship intelligence.

My ignorance and lack of self-love stayed with me through college where I met a con man who lived a double life. This relationship left me in a state of absolute overwhelm, in huge amounts of debt and facing a deep dark depression.

Even after the adversity that I had already faced, this situation brought me to my knees and on the verge of suicide. Although I didn’t know what it was like to be loved, I knew it didn’t mean I was unlovable. Determined to live a more purposeful life, I learned to become all those things I hadn’t yet been.

Becoming the world’s leading Love Educator wasn’t a choice, it was my destiny. My own life experience offered lessons of discovery which taught me how to communicate effectively, build trust and respect, and cultivate a deep joy which sparked a curiosity inside me.

But through all of this, I was left wondering how was I supposed to know how to love, if no one had ever taught me?

I realized how vital Love Education is for our personal relationships and guiding our moral and societal well-being. My mission is to provide the world with the effective tools and techniques that most lack so we may become a more empowered society equipped with understanding, compassion, and connectedness.

In the past year, what is the greatest business achievement you’d like to celebrate with your team? Please share the details of that success.

Railey Molinario: As someone who is dedicated to influencing how the world connects with one another through the teachings of relationship intelligence, I am thrilled to celebrate our team’s success in creating a six-figure company in just under two years, without any initial investments or spending money on ads.

This achievement is a testament to the power of cultivating strong, authentic relationships with our audience and fellow industry leaders.

Through our commitment to relationship intelligence, we have been able to create a strong and loyal following of individuals who believe in our mission and the value of our teachings.

By prioritizing communication, empathy, and collaboration, we have been able to establish ourselves as trusted thought leaders in our field and build meaningful connections with others who share our vision.

This success is a true team effort, and I am grateful to have such a talented and dedicated group of individuals by my side. By working together and focusing on our relationships, we have been able to achieve our goals and make a positive impact on the world.

I am excited to see where our continued commitment to relationship intelligence will take us in the years to come.

What advice do you wish you received when you started your business journey and what do you intend on improving in the next quarter?

Railey Molinario: Before starting my coaching business, I wish I had known the authentic stories of other coaches and online professionals. While there are many resources available for new coaches, the reality of the industry can be very different from what is often portrayed in marketing materials and success stories.

Understanding the challenges and obstacles that other coaches have faced would have helped me to better prepare for the journey ahead and develop a more realistic set of expectations.

Soon after becoming a coach, I realized the importance of building a supportive network of fellow professionals. That’s why I created my own networking group, the Power Women Coffee Chat, where I could connect with other women who were also building their own coaching businesses.

This group quickly became a valuable source of support and inspiration, and I felt much more connected to the coaching community as a whole.

Next quarter, the Power Women Coffee Chat will be taking its networking efforts to the next level by incorporating motivational speakers into our events.

By inviting successful professionals to share their authentic stories and experiences with our group, we hope to facilitate even more connection and authenticity among our attendees.

Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment where women can come together to share their struggles, successes, and lessons learned, and be inspired to continue pursuing their goals and dreams.

We believe that by building a strong community of like-minded women, we can empower each other to achieve our full potential and make a positive impact in the world.

Here is a two fold question: What is the book that influenced you the most and how? Please share some life lessons you learned. Now what book have you gifted the most and why?

Railey Molinario: The Autobiography of Malcolm X has had a profound impact on me, more than any other book I have read. I related deeply to his story, as a young girl growing up in an abusive household and feeling like my future was uncertain.

Reading about Malcolm X’s journey from a troubled youth in the foster care system to become one of the most influential civil rights leaders of the 20th century was truly inspiring. His transformation from a lost soul to a powerful voice for change taught me that anything is possible if you believe in yourself and work hard to achieve your goals.

Malcolm X’s story also taught me about the power of education and self-improvement. His dedication to reading and learning inspired me to pursue my own education and to strive for personal growth and development. His message of self-empowerment and his unwavering commitment to fighting for justice and equality have continued to resonate with me throughout my life.

The number one book I recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and well-being is “How Not To Die” by Dr. Michael Greger. As a passionate advocate of plant-based diets, Dr. Greger’s book is an eye-opening read that highlights the profound impact our food choices can have on our overall health and longevity.

The book details the scientific evidence behind the benefits of a plant-based diet, and offers practical advice on how to incorporate more whole, nutrient-rich foods into your daily routine.

What sets “How Not To Die” apart from other health and wellness books is Dr. Greger’s engaging writing style and his ability to distill complex scientific concepts into easily understandable language.

By examining the leading causes of death in the Western world, and the role that diet plays in these conditions, Dr. Greger makes a compelling case for why a plant-based diet is the best choice for optimal health and longevity.

Business is all about overcoming obstacles and creating opportunities for growth. What do you see as THE real challenge right now?

Railey Molinario:  As a thought leader, one of the biggest challenges is getting people to think outside of the boxes that society has put them in.

It can be difficult to break free from the ingrained beliefs and assumptions that we’ve been taught, and to challenge the status quo requires a willingness to use critical thinking and to question everything we’ve been told.

For example, my teaching that the future of relationships could be completely without fighting has been met with comments of impossibility because if something has always been it will always be.

2020, 2021, 2022 threw a lot of curve balls into businesses on a global scale. Based on the experience gleaned in the past years, how can businesses thrive in 2023? What lessons have you learned and what advice would you share?

Railey Molinario: The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the global economy and created unprecedented challenges for businesses of all sizes. Supply chain disruptions, economic uncertainty, and shifting consumer preferences have forced companies to adapt quickly or risk being left behind.

In this context, mastering relationship intelligence has become a key factor in business success. Relationship intelligence is not a new concept, but it has become increasingly important in recent years.

As the business landscape has become more complex and competitive, companies have realized that building and maintaining meaningful connections with customers, employees, partners, and other stakeholders is critical to long-term success.

By prioritizing relationship intelligence, companies can develop a deep understanding of their audience’s needs, preferences, and expectations, and use that knowledge to build trust, foster collaboration, and drive growth.

One of the key benefits of relationship intelligence is that it helps companies navigate challenges and seize opportunities. When a crisis hits, companies that have strong relationships with their audience are better able to weather the storm.

They can rely on their networks to help them find new suppliers, customers, or partners, and they can tap into their community’s expertise and resources to overcome obstacles.

Similarly, companies that have strong relationships with their audiences are better positioned to take advantage of new opportunities as they arise. They can leverage their networks to identify new markets, products, or services, and they can collaborate with their community to develop innovative solutions.

Relationship intelligence also enables companies to build resilience in the face of adversity. By cultivating strong relationships with their stakeholders, companies can create a sense of loyalty and commitment that can help them weather tough times.

Employees who feel connected to their company are more likely to be loyal and committed, even in the face of difficult conditions. Similarly, customers who feel valued and respected are more likely to stick with a company, even if its products or services are disrupted.

In 2023, mastering relationship intelligence will be more important than ever. The business landscape is likely to remain uncertain and challenging, with new disruptions and opportunities emerging all the time.

Companies that invest in relationship intelligence will be better positioned to navigate these challenges and seize these opportunities. They will be able to build strong, resilient relationships with their stakeholders, and use those relationships to drive growth and innovation.

What does “success” in the year to come mean to you? It could be on a personal or business level, please share your vision.

Railey Molinario: Success in 2023 to me is thriving in every aspect of my life authentically.

This means indulging in the relationship I have with my family, continuing to grow my business and enjoying my life to the fullest by continuing to travel the world and making the most out of every moment.
